Hardy and McCowan take the Elite back to Outpost C-9 for interrogation. After several days of fruitless effort, Hardy contacts Shore and arranges for the Elite to be moved. In the war torn city of New Mombasa, two ODSTs go head-to-head against a group of Covenant, while escaping from the city. Meanwhile, Colonel Shore meets with an ONI Officer to discuss the Covenant and their intentions with New Mombasa.

Hello Guys!
I just thought I would update you on my progress with Operation: Coastline Episode 3.
Just recently I finished up editing the raw footage that I have captured from Halo 3. All the scenes are in order and cut down to size, except the scenes were talking is involved, as I will need to do the voices and cut the sections accordingly.
I will be doing the voices with the other voice actor involved by the end of the week and music I will work on in the week or at the same time as voice.
Once each segment of the episode is done I will put them together and have the episode complete, as doing the episode in segments is easier and has higher quality than if I did it all in one project with about 100 clips. It just works out smoother.

Hello All!
I have continued working on Operation: Coastline and, following on from the last update, I have completed all of the base footage and acting I need for the episode. The only bits I need to do now is music and voice work, then the episode should be out sometime next week I am hoping.
I thought I would take this time to tell you some things about the episode. At the beginning I have many more episodes planned in the full series, but while making episode 2, I discovered that the story in each episode would be very short and too short for my liking. So episode 3 is actually 3 episodes combined into one and this has been the case for most of the future episodes. If you have a good eye you can probably see where the episodes would be in episode 3.
In this episode, called Interrogation, takes place a few hours after episode 2. This is a bit of an outline of the episode. At outpost c9, Hardy and McCowan decide to transfer the elite to a high security facility, Shore talks to ONI about New Mombasa and ODST’s have a fight.

Hello all!
Like I said in the recent weekly update, I will be doing a video or something similar to this.
I have recently started developing the 3rd episode of my machinima Operation: Coastline. The last episode left the 2 main characters with a dangerous Covenant prisoner in their hands, who destroyed a UNSC outpost and the spartans within it. In this episode they bring him back to their base for questioning but you will hear more about that sequence nearer the time of release.
I want to share a section of the script where Colonel Shore is visited by an ONI Major who updates Shore about the situation in New Mombasa;
“November 1st 2552
Col shore, on aegis fate, is approached my his LT
LT: Sir there is an ONI Officer here to see you
S: Ah send him through
Officer approaches shore on the command centre
O: Sir, Major Ortega, I would begin with pleasantries but I must discuss a more pressing matter. I assume you are aware of the situation in Mombasa?
S: Yes a carrier performed and in atmosphere jump and caused extensive damage.
O: That’s not all sir, our recon suggest that the covenant ships are using their beam weapons they use to glass planets to blow away large portions of land and, from what we can tell, they are excavating, like they have done on our colony worlds.
S: Do you have an idea of what they are digging for?
O: Not exactly but we can tell that the covenant ships are digging in a huge diameter which covers most of Mombasa, the majority of the digging has yet to start but we calculate it is only a matter of time.
S: So what would you advise?
O: Well there is not a lot we can do. Their ships are too many and too powerful for us to launch a successful counter attack, the best thing we can do is get as many of our forces out of the city before it is too late.
S: I’ll get our pelicans in the air to airlift them out, hopefully they will be small enough to sneak under their radar.
O: Alright then sir, good luck, I will be in contact.
O leaves and S looks back at the screens”
This sequence is near the end of the episode and leaves a good place to round the episode off. I have begun filming the episode and will begin voice-work shortly after, along with putting the whole thing to music.
